LEVEL ÜP • 10 Week Community Challenge
A challenge designed to help you create a healthy relationship with nutrition, fitness, and an overall balanced lifestyle.
Join the LEVEL ÜP Challenge, hosted on Nikki Font’s Fitness App, for 10 weeks of FULL workouts. The split will be Push, Pull, Legs.
Nutrition: Choose foods that fit your dietary goals. NO cheat meals and NO alcohol
Hydration: Refer to Page 3 for our TÜDAY HYDRATION CHART
Self Development: 30 minutes per day of working on a side hustle, enjoying a hobby, meditation, etc.
Exercise: 2 sessions per day - 1 weight lifting/strength and 1 cardio based (30 min minimum)
Progress Picture: Take 3 photos of yourself (front, side, back) every Sunday

• If an item is labeled as 'PRE ORDER' it should ship in about 2-3 weeks.
